Water Sprite (Ceratopteris thalictroides) is a fast-growing aquatic fern that can be grown either rooted, floating, or emerged, making it one of the most versatile freshwater plants in the hobby. Its bright green lacy foliage provides cover for fry, shrimp, and small fish while also helping absorb excess nutrients from the water.
