Refund policy

Live arrival of all macroalgae and plants is guaranteed when shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Next Day Air. For corals and other livestock, live arrival is guaranteed only when shipped using UPS Next Day Air. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), clear photos of the specimen in its original, unopened bag or container must be provided within two hours of delivery, as indicated by the tracking information.

Refunds or replacements are issued at the seller’s discretion, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at time of delivery, as delays in unpacking may void the live arrival guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses, packages left outdoors, or improper acclimation and care after arrival (please contact us with any acclimation or care questions). For plants, please note that minor cosmetic imperfections such as bent leaves, slight browning, or minor damage may occur during transit. These issues do not affect the overall health or growth of the plant and are not considered DOA.
