Shipping policy

Plant, macroalgae, and dry good orders are shipped via Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage) or Express Shipping (UPS Next Day Air), while corals and other livestock are shipped exclusively through Express Shipping (UPS Next Day Air) to ensure a safe and fast delivery.

Standard Shipping applies only to orders containing macroalgae, plants, soil mixes, or other dry goods. If Standard Shipping is selected for an order that also includes corals or livestock, we will contact you to arrange the correct shipping charges before your order is processed.

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays and to ensure prompt arrival. Heat packs/ice packs are included as needed to maintain proper temperatures during transit, and weather conditions along the shipping route are reviewed before your order is shipped. Flat shipping rates are calculated based on actual shipping costs plus packaging materials.

At this time, we only ship to the continental United States. If you do not see a shipping option for your location, please contact us directly. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and Bog Tropic is not responsible for lost packages, delays caused by weather or mechanical issues, mishandling, or damage caused by USPS or UPS.
