Collection: Carnivorous Plants

Live carnivorous plants for windowsills, terrariums, grow tents, and bog gardens. Carnivorous plants evolved in nutrient-poor bogs and seeps, so they get their nutrition from insects instead of the soil. That means they need mineral-free water, low-nutrient media, and plenty of light, but once those basics are covered, most are easy to grow.

Shop by group: sundews (Drosera), butterworts (Pinguicula), Venus flytraps, North American pitcher plants, and bladderworts. Pair your plants with our soil mixes and live sphagnum.

Plants ship potted, Mondays & Tuesdays, with heat or cold packs when needed.
