Pinguicula 'Pirouette' is a registered Mexican butterwort cultivar of P. agnata × P. moranensis × P. ehlersiae known for its pale pink to pink-red foliage and forgiving growth habit. Mature plants produce smaller, more succulent leaves in the dormant season and appreciate slightly less watering during this time. Mature plants typically grow to 2–3" in diameter.
