Palythoas are larger colonial polyps that form thick mats across rock surfaces. Beauty and the Beast is a well-known and loved "paly" popular for its deep blue/purple coloration. They are hardy corals that expand well in stable reef aquariums, though they should be handled carefully due to the potential presence of palytoxin.

Each frag comes with 3-5 healthy polyps.
